In about 90 days we were able to completely revive his dead channel and turn it around…
With one of the top videos being the leader for this growth, sitting at around 187,000 views at the time of writing this…
BEFORE WE STEPPED IN…
Before working with us as you can see by his page there really was no goal…
He would post videos mainly of his product or videos of himself with 0 strategy. Which on social media in 2025 and ESPECIALLY YouTube that will NOT cut it….
So there is a view things we implemented in order to help him grow the page in those 90 days and the strategy we will continue to use moving forward…
AFTER WE STEPPED IN…
Starting with finding the IVP this mainly meant targeting watch beginners. This was useful because it allowed us to paint him as a leader amongst some of the new comers to the space…
As you can tell most of these are geared to that beginner and it enabled them to do SUPER well for his page.

Why was this beneficial?
in about 60 days…
he sold about 700 retro digital watches which was a result of the YouTube virality…
All in all this content goes beyond “getting famous” it can be a high leverage activity for your business if done correctly and with enough care!
